The LM2936 ultra-low quiescent current regulatorfeatures low dropout voltage and low current in thestandby mode. With less than 15 uA quiescentcurrent at a 100 A load, the LM2936 is ideally suitedfor automotive and other battery operated systems.The LM2936 retains all of the features that arecommon to low dropout regulators including a lowdropout PNP pass device, short circuit protection,reverse battery protection, and thermal shutdown.The LM2936 has a 40V maximum operating voltagelimit，a -40°C to +125C operating temperaturerange and +3% output voltage tolerance over theentire output current, input voltage, and temperaturerange. The LM2936 is available in a TO-92 package.SOIC-8 and SOT-223 surface mount packages, anda PFM surface mount power package
