HT8692 is an F-class audio power amplifier with a built-in BOOST boost module. The built-in BOOST boost module can adjust the boost value through an external resistor. Even when powered by a lithium battery, it can continuously output 6.5W power under a 4 Ω load condition and 8.0W power under a 10% THD+N boost voltage of 7.0V and a 3 Ω load condition. It supports external settings to adjust the BOOST output voltage.

The biggest feature of HT8692 is its anti clipping distortion (ACF) output control function, which can detect and suppress output signal clipping distortion (breaking sound) caused by excessive amplitude of input music and voice signals. It can also adaptively prevent output clipping caused by a drop in BOOST boost voltage, significantly improving sound quality, creating a very comfortable listening experience, and protecting the speaker from overload damage. At the same time, the chip has ACF Off mode.

The HT8692 has the free switching function between Class AB and Class D. When encountering EMI interference from Class D amplifiers, it can switch to Class AB audio amplifier mode at any time.

HT8692 integrates filter free digital modulation technology internally, which can directly drive the speaker and minimize the distortion and noise of pulse output signals. The output does not require a filtering network, and minimal external components save system space and cost, making it an ideal choice for portable applications.
